Wow this is hidden LOL. I finally realized when you go to your profile and then >> edit profile which will be on the right upper, >> a list asks you to choose between loading your own avatar and a combination, default OR choosing from one of our avatars. To do this, simply choose :Use a Forum Avatar, then click on the words " Pick One"
Color me flabbergasted.
